The workshop is focussed on

• Basic facts of teaching / learning and of planning educational measures
• Training in reading and writing programs of training offers
• Self reflection on own principles of planning edecational measures

The workshop itself will give a specimen of how a training module of this format can be planned, structured, performed, and evaluated.
